Yes. Please consider your size carefully when making choices and ordering. We list the approximate size each piece will fit in our descriptions or our drop down options menus on each product page. Please choose the size appropriate based on your actual size without adding extra.

If you do not know your actual size in inches against the skin, use a soft tape measure. You can also use a string or piece of dental floss and a ruler. Wrap it around where you will wear the piece against the skin(not loose without adding extra). Then put the string against a ruler. DO not add extra.

When we ask for actual wrist or ankle circumference, we are asking for the number of inches against your skin without adding extra.

For magnetic link bracelets and anklets we will size the piece to the 1st possible size larger than your actual size. So we will make it about 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch larger than your size.

For beaded jewelry which we custom make to order, we will make about 1/2 inch larger than your actual size so it fits well. If you have special needs, tell us on the phone or tell us in the comments box on your checkout page. For more information about sizing, please see our Top

Your magnetic jewelry does not not need to be tightly fitting. Your magnetic jewelry should be worn so it is comfortable.

Experiment wearing your bracelet or anklet on each wrist or ankle to test for best results. If one side has more discomfort, start on that side. For wire/tube bracelets, to test for best results, if it is comfortable, try wearing with magnets on top of your wrist as well as bottom. Be patient with results. For some, benefit may be noticed in hours or days, for others it may take longer.

It is your choice, but we have suggestions. It depends on what the magnetic jewelry is made of. In some cases tap and pool water can damage the cosmetic look of the jewelry.

Our jewelry that is completely made of Stainless Steel (link bracelets and anklets and some cable wire bracelets) can be worn while bathing and swimming if you wish. Please note that our cable wire bracelets that sell for less than $15 are not completely made of stainless steel as we explain in our product descriptions.

For cosmetic reasons we suggest removing most Copper Jewelry before bathing or swimming. This does not apply to the Sergio Lub line of copper magnetic bracelets. Sergio says it is OK to wear his handmade bracelets while bathing, and actually suggests doing so.

Most people allow copper to age and tarnish naturally, particularly where it is worn against the skin. While all of the copper bracelets we sell are solid copper, our basic line of copper bracelets (not Sergio Lub handmade Bracelets) do have gold and silver and copper platings on top of the solid copper. For this reason, we suggest not wearing this line in the bath. This will slow the natural tarnishing and wearing away of the platings. For the Sergio Lub line of handmade copper bracelets, where no platings are used, Sergio suggests bathing with his bracelets on, and if needed, use a polishing cloth to rub off any blemishes that may develop. The real answer is maybe. Real copper can naturally react to some people's perspiration to turn skin and copper green or blue or black. This is a natural reaction that may happen because of the nature of real copper. One can look at the pure copper made Statute of Liberty to see this green patina in action. Some people have body chemistry that's more prone to staining than others.
