Wrap it around where you will wear the piece, snugly against your skin, without adding extra. Do not wrap it loosely. Then use your actual size when selecting sizes.

Open ended cuff magnetic bracelets are somewhat adjustable and we show the wrist size range a particular bracelet size will fit. Choose the magnetic bracelet size that matches your actual size without adding extra. For open ended cuff magnetic bracelets you should not choose a bracelet that is larger than your actual wrist size.

We have a ladies and a men's size shoe insoles. They come as a set of 2 with one for each shoe. They have cut line on the underside so you can cut them to fit your shoe. The ladies comes as a size 9 and has cut lines down to a size 5. The men's comes as a size 12 and has cut lines down to a size 7.
