This is a therapeutic magnetic knee wrap and support. It has 16 - 800 gauss magnets in the wrap for a total of 12,800 gauss. It is very easy to put on and take off with the velcro type construction. There are 2 straps on the top and 2 straps on the bottom that wrap to secure, and measure about 16 inches before stretching, and can easily be stretched to a 22" leg circumference.
